I'm Stephen Prince — a strength, performance, and health optimization coach based in Maryland. I coach the whole picture — training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and how all of it connects to how you feel and perform every day.

I've been coaching for 18 years — athletes, military, people in high-demand careers, and everyone in between. The gym is where you start the process. How you sleep, eat, and recover is where results are actually made. This is a performance system — built around what happens inside the gym and everything that determines what happens outside of it.
Some clients want to understand every decision. Some just want to show up, do the work, and trust the process. I'm comfortable with both.

For clients in the Washington D.C. metro area, I offer in-home personal training sessions — no commute, no crowded gym, no wasted time. You train in your own space with a coach who shows up prepared and focused on you.

In-home sessions are available within a 25-mile radius of Washington, D.C. Sessions take place in your home, apartment, or building gym. Equipment requirements are assessed in advance. Outside the service area? Contact us — exceptions may be considered based on location and availability.
